Biltong, chickpea, avo and feta salad

I made this one up just by tossing a few ingredients together for a lunch to take to work one day. 

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

 

Serves 1

 

Ingredients:

A few handfuls of mixed lettuce leaves

5-10 slices of cucumber

1 medium carrot sliced

30g/ a handful of lean beef/ game biltong

30g feta cheese

¼ - ½ a tin of chickpeas

¼ avo

 

Method:

Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
